These Terms of Service govern your use of chillreach.ai and any services provided by Malyakula Sai Vamsi trading as chillreach.ai. By booking a call, signing a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
chillreach.ai provides cold email infrastructure setup, lead generation, and done-for-you campaign management for B2B companies. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a written proposal or agreement confirmed via email.
Where a results guarantee is offered (e.g. "results or we work free"), it applies only to clients on full Done-For-You campaign plans who have completed onboarding, provided accurate ICP information, and maintained infrastructure for a minimum of 6 weeks. The guarantee covers booked meetings as defined in the proposal — not revenue, conversions, or any downstream outcome outside our control.
To deliver results, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
All copy, sequences, and campaign assets created for you during the engagement are yours to keep after the engagement ends and all invoices are paid. We retain the right to reference the engagement (e.g. performance metrics, industry category) as a case study, without disclosing your company name without permission.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Infrastructure domains and accounts set up on your behalf will be handed over to you upon termination. No refunds are issued for prepaid periods already in progress.
Both parties agree to keep the other's business information, strategies, and client data confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g. sending platforms, lead databases).
chillreach.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. Cold email outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — we make no guarantee of specific revenue results.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms from time to time. If you are an active client, we will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
